AHAP Data of the KIT Hands

The Anthropomorphic Hand Assessment Protocol (AHAP) quantifies the grasp quality of humanoid robotic hands. It focuses on grasp functionality and human-like grasping. Several KIT Hands have been assessed with the AHAP. The first version of the humanoid hand of the robot ARMAR-6 was analyzed with different pad configurations on fingers and palm and two iterations of the male version of the KIT Prosthetic Hand were also analyzed. The results of the AHAP for the KIT Hands are publicly available.
