  • Buided tour of the institute that offers insight into current research topics
  • Supervision by lecturers, PhD students and students of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) during the internship
  • Communal lunch break
  • Two topics:
    • Topic 1: Nao
      • Graphical programming with the humanoid robot NAO
      • Insights into what makes up a humanoid robot
      • Let NAO walk, talk, dance and much more

       
       

    • Topic 2: Lego Mindstorms
      • Building a mobile Lego robot with the programmable Ev3 Intelligent Brick
      • Learning the basics of the programming language Python
      • Mastering a small obstacle course at the end of the practical course

Schedule:
  • One week from 09:00-16:00 each day (including a one-hour supervised lunch break)
  • 2 groups, 6-8 students each
  • Location: laboratory of the H²T (Adenauerring 12, building 50.19, 76131 Karlsruhe, KIT Campus South)
